February 6th: Jazz Thursday - An evening of live jazz at a local venue, with cocktails and small bites.
SCA/SAC Artist Lecture - In partnership with the Silvermine Arts Center, we’ll showcase an artist currently featured there, learn about his/her background and artistic motivations, and tour the SAC Galleries.

Passion Pod: Parents Group - As part of our new Passion Pod Series (small groups or “Pods” of members interested in specific areas or hobbies/talents), we’re launching an SCA Parents Group for Silvermine parents and caregivers to meet and share resources, tips, outing ideas, etc.
Music Event/Salon - A small gathering of Silverminers at a local home, to enjoy live music and singing. Light refreshments to be served.

April 12th: Pancakes with the Easter Bunny - A treasured SCA tradition, members and non-members alike, our Breakfast with the Easter Bunny features delicious pancakes, sausages, fruit, juice and coffee…and, of course, a chance for kids to hug the Easter Bunny and have a picture taken.
April 26th: Triangle/Neighborhood Clean-Up - Help keep Silvermine beautiful! Join other civic-minded members dedicated to weeding and removing trash in the “Triangle” at the center of the Silvermine Village and along Silvermine main roads. Traditionally, this event coincides with Earth Day each year.

NASH Tag Sale - Sponsored by the Norwalk Association of Silvermine Homeowners, this multi-house tag sale spans numerous streets throughout the area. The SCA is delighted to help spread the word about this popular event.
Photo Contest Launch - In 2025, we’ll launch our 2nd Annual Silvermine Photo Contest, welcoming photographers of all ages and skill levels. Through late summer, submissions of photos taken in Silvermine, in a number of selected categories, are accepted on our website. A small per photo fee applies.
Passion Pod - Casual get-togethers by topics of interest to members (e.g., gardening, reading, history, fitness, travel, theater, etc.). The SCA will seek topic hosts then inform/invite SCA members of where to meet. Hosts will “own” the on-going meetings of the Pods, choosing frequency and duration—whatever the Pod would like!

Movie Night - Enjoy movies outdoors under the stars! An SCA Board Member selects movies to be shown in a backyard, big screen setting. BYOB food, drinks, chairs and blankets. (Last year Jaws and Back to the Future were shown over the summer.)
