We are a family of 3 people and 3 dogs! John and I have 1 daughter who is in her senior year at UCONN studying Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. Our 3 dogs are Piper (a mini-golden doodle) Hazel (a mini-dachshund) and Hudson (a mini-dachshund. John works in Investor Relations and I work in Education. We love pickleball, traveling, dining out, healthy cooking, cars/car shows, the Yankees, the Giants (unfortunately) and going to concerts. We have lived in New Canaan since 2001 but only moved to Silvermine more recently.

What part does the Silvermine Community Association play in your overall sense of “being a Silverminer?”
I love the fact that we can connect with our neighbors through the SCA! It makes us feel welcome and a part of the community.

- Silvermine Mixers at local spots

What future events or activities would you like to see the SCA offer?
I would love to see a Silvermine Bookclub, Silvermine Pickleball Group, and a Silvermine Empty Nesters group! Maybe even a dog walking group!
