What:
To honor Earth Day and to help keep Silvermine beautiful, we need volunteers of all ages to join SCA members, neighbors and friends in walking around the Norwalk, New Canaan and Wilton Silvermine areas to pick up trash along our streets.

When:
Saturday, April 26, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Who:
Open to SCA members and non-members.

Where:
All volunteers are asked to meet at the Silvermine Elementary School Parking Lot, 157 Perry Avenue, Norwalk, at 9:00 am.

How:
SCA Board Members will greet volunteers at the School to provide maps with streets highlighted and necessary gear for those who do not bring their own (safety vests, pickers, trash bags). Everyone is asked to bring their own gloves. Once volunteers are finished with their assigned streets, all gear should be returned back at the School. Full trash bags may be left along the highlighted streets for an SCA volunteer to retrieve after the Clean-Up Walk hours.
